Pleasefollow the e-mail to verify your ORCID iD and grant your permission to
KEKto update your ORCID record on your behalf and update the record by yourself
frequently with your Research Results*.

- And kindly agree that IINAS will track your record to see your Research
Results on your ORCID account and also you will recieve a reminder with
a request of record update on ORCID account a couple times a year from
IINAS until March 31, 2022 .
- Please also be noted that your email address may be provided to our system
vender when performing all mission.

- IINAS Uploads Name of School you attended Onto your ORCID account and it certificates that you learnded at the school. It will help to accelerate
and encourage your future.
- IINAS have a view of your ORCID information as below to see how you are
doing as a researcher. It might help you to find an Oppotunity.

- ・The Number of Scientific articles,Research paper, Dissertation, Treatise, Proceedings that produced by you
・The Number of Oral presentation as academic events such as symposium, academic society
・Information of Your Job and Position, Affliated institution after your
school participation.
- Why is this mission required for IINAS ?
- The program "Inter-Institution Network for Accelerators Science（IINAS)”
is funded by Japanese MEXT . As an implementing institution of MEXT funding
program and based on the guideline set by MEXT, IINAS is to be evaluated
by MEXT every year. For this reason, we request your cooperation for those
which are necessary for IINAS to collect evidences of implementation status
and to see effect of this program and the schools we support.
- Handling of the information
- IINAS will investigate ONLY the total number of Research results through
the ORCID personal record and it will be disclose for the evaluation by
MEXT Japan.
Your personal information including your name, email address and contents
of your paper or any products WILL NOT be disclosed or used to anyone.
