You can take a bus from Tokai Station to J-PARC from April 1st. Name of bus stop is "Genken-mae"。 
　You may take the Ibaraki-kotsu Bus from Tokai Station East Exit bus stop for "Ibaraki Higashi
　Byoin"(Ibaraki East Hospital) or "Kaihin koen-nishi-guchi"(Kaihin Park West exit), get off the bus at
　"Genken-mae" bus stop. There are eight bus stops from Tokai Station to "Genken-mae".
　The fare is 220 yen. 
　You can reach at the Tokai Users Office (KEK Tokai 1-go-kan) in a few minutes on foot.
