You can renew the experiments/projects for which were registered in administrative year 2016
　　(April 1 2016 – March 31 2017) to administrative year 2017 (April 1 2017 – March 31 2018).

　　<<How to renew>> 
　　1. After login your portal site, please click [Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC] 
　　　from the menu in the left-hand side of the screen and click [3. Annual Renewals ] just below.

　　2. Please renew the experiments/projects according to the instructions on that page.

　　<<Period of annual renewals>>
　　February 15, 2017 – 24:00 on April 30, 2017

　　If you fail to do the annual renewals, please go to the page, [2. Identify the purpose of your
　　visit to KEK/J-PARC ] in the menu of [Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC] and
　　add the project to your user registration again.

　　Notes;
　　Annual renewals are not automatically. These are required to check up every year. 
　　Due to the concentration of work, it might take about a week to complete the approval process
　　for renewal.
　　If you request for the renewal during weekends and national holidays, it will take more time.
