#198. User Support System will be shut off

We would like to announce that the User Support System will be temporarily shut off during
the below period due to the maintenance works.
We apologize for your inconvenience. We hope this does not cause you much trouble.
Date 1. -- Dec. 15 (Fri.), 6:00p.m.(JST) - 7:00p.m.(JST)
Date 2. -- Dec. 23 (Sat.), 9:00a.m.(JST) - Dec. 25(Mon.), 9:00a.m.(JST)
* Regarding Accommodation Booking
Our system will accept your requests as usual till 9:00a.m.(JST), Dec. 23(Sat.).
Please make sure to make a booking by that time. It will operate again in full from
9:00a.m.(JST), Dec. 25(Mon.)
Apologizing for your inconvenience, please make necessary applications for the period
between Dec. 24 (Sun) night and Dec. 25 (Mon) by 9:00a.m.(JST), Dec. 23 (Sat).
