SOKENDAI student Pragya Nama receives the Student Poster Prize at SRF2025

At the 22nd International Conference on RF Superconductivity (SRF2025) held in September, Pragya Nama of the SOKENDAI Accelerator Science Program received First Place in the Student Poster Prize for her presentation titled “Design and CW RF transmission test up to 100 kW of L-band high-power input coupler.”
The Student Poster Prize recognizes outstanding student presentations based on several criteria, including the relevance and impact of the research, its novelty and scientific quality, the clarity and organization of the poster, and the student’s interaction and professionalism during the session.
Nama received her Ph.D. from SOKENDAI at the end of September and will take up a position as an Assistant Professor at the Accelerator Laboratory (iCASA), KEK starting in December. Her continued contributions as an accelerator researcher are highly anticipated.
