#215. Regarding Users' Meeting.

The Users’ Meeting will be held on October 19, 2018 at the request of BelleⅡ.
The purpose of this meeting is to hear users’ opinions and requests about users’ environment, etc.
during their stay in Tsukuba.
The meeting is to be conducted in English so that all persons who may concern can participate.
Japanese users are also welcome to this meeting.
Please e-mail (usersoffice@mail.kek.jp) your opinions and/or requests by October 16(Tue) so that
we can read and understand them beforehand. Please put a title ‘Users’ Meeting’ on your e-mail.

3. Agenda: 1) What is the support of the Users Office on Living environment.
