Continuous Operation of Field Electron Emitter with Super High Current
-300kA/m2 with Emitter of Carbon Nano Tubes-
Successful extraction of an electron beam from a CNT field emitter with a super high current of 300kA/m2 in a continuous DC mode has been shown by a group of KEK, SOKENDAI (The Graduate University for Advanced Studies) and KAKEN Inc.(the leader:Dr. Shigeki KATO).
