Registration and Abstract Submission
【How to register】
The registration system is based on “Confit”.
Enter the confit site from the registration / abstract submission site button below.
If you do not have a Confit account, please make the account first.
1. Enter your email address.
2. A Confit account registration code will be sent to your email address.
3. Enter the registration code and complete the registration.
After completing the registration, you will be redirected to the registration and abstract submission page for QBSF2022.
Before the deadline, you can change your participation information or change the abstract by yourself.

【Student Encouragement Award】
The PF-User Association and the MLF Users Society award the Student Encouragement Award to young researchers' excellent research.
- A Poster presentation given by a student as a first author can be nominated for the award (one entry is allowed for each person).
- Not only regular presentations but also the presentations for PF T-type proposals are acceptable.
- Judging will be conducted during the poster session. The results will be announced on the web.
【About Travel Expenses and Lodging】
- You can apply for travel expenses and lodging reservations in KEK dormitory (Tsukuba) from the above registration website. Registration information will be reflected on KEK's
user portal site about two weeks after the registration deadline. - After the festival, those applying for travel expenses will receive an email from the user's office confirming their itinerary. Follow the instructions and proceed promptly.
- If you fly, please submit your receipt and original boarding pass stub by Thursday, March 30 (If it's late, we can't provide the fee, so please send it to us as soon as possible.).
