You require a passcode to open the office door, so we recommend you contact us (email: kokusai2@mail.kek.jp) before arriving at KEK. Or please come to the International Affairs Office (1F K02(Ni-Go-Kan)) during the office hour (Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:15 / Close on weekend and Japanese national holidays).
