KEK assists CERN scientists during their visits to KEK in order to build and maintain the strong partnership for the collaborative projects. A CERN office is available in Tsukuba Campus and is open to CERN scientists to use just like their own office anytime during their stay.

Temporary Closure of the CERN Office at KEK (September 2026)

Please be informed that the 4th floor of KEK Building No. 2, where the CERN Office is located, is currently scheduled to be closed due to renovation work through the end of September.
As a result, the CERN Office will not be available during this period.
