若手人材交流プログラム（Ozaki Exchange Program）
日米科学技術協力事業（高エネルギー物理）では、素核分野の研究とその日米間の協力の推進に多大な貢献をされた故・尾崎 敏 博士*の功績をたたえ、同事業下での取組として、大学院生を対象とした若手人材交流プログラム"Ozaki Exchange Program"を2018年から実施しています。
The Ozaki Exchange Program established since 2018 in honor of the late Dr. Satoshi Ozaki*, is a graduate student exchange program to strengthen the US-Japan scientific collaboration and in particular facilitate greater coorperation in the areas of accelerator and particle physics in projects of mutual benefit to Japan and the United States.

応募資格/Eligibility
派遣年度の4月時点において日本国内の大学院（物理学関係の修士および博士課程）在学中の者（応募時点においては、予定でも可）。国籍は問わない。
Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program (Master’s or Doctoral
course in physics or related fields) at a university in Japan as of April
in the year of dispatch. Applicants may apply before enrollment, provided
they submit proof of acceptance into a graduate program.
There is no restriction on nationality.

募集種別/Program Categories
A．サマースチューデント型
2026年度は、ANL、BNL、FNAL、JLab、LBNL、SLACのいずれかにおけるプログラムから選択可能。この種別の詳細は、申請書にて確認のこと。
派遣期間は、結果通知後から2027年3月10日までの間で10週間以下。ただし、6週間以上が望ましい。
B．研究型
事前に受入れの承諾をもらったDOE傘下の研究所への派遣。
派遣期間は、結果通知後から2027年3月10日までの間で9ヶ月以下。
A．Summer Student Type
- For FY 2026, this program will be offered by ANL, BNL, FNAL, JLab,
LBNL and SLAC. Applicants should select one from the available programs.
Details of each program are provided in the application form.
- Duration: up to 10 weeks between the date of result notification and
March 10, 2027 (More than 6 weeks of stay is recommended).
B．Research Type
- Placement at a DOE-affiliated research institute with prior approval.
- Duration: Up to 9 months between the date of result notification and
March 10, 2027.
派遣先/Host Institutes
・日本からの参加者：米国エネルギー省（DOE）傘下の研究所。 Japanese participants: DOE national laboratories accept students
・米国からの参加者：KEK及び日本国内の大学における高エネルギー物理学（HEP）関係機関。詳細はこちら。
U.S. participants: KEK or the other HEP laboratories at universities
in Japan. The further details can be found here.
支援経費/Financial Supports
往復旅費・滞在費についてKEKが旅費規程に則り支給する。
Round-trip travel expenses and living expenses will be provided by KEK
(High Energy Accelerator Research Organization) in accordance with KEK’s
travel regulations.
