#235. Changing the classification of wireless LAN application.
(May. 7, 2019)
We have been providing the Tsubaki-III network (MA cluster) for KEK users exclusively. However,
as of April 2019 we have recently started to provide a wireless network called the KEK-Spot.
Users use the KEK-Spot with internal internet in principal.
The KEK-Spot is used as a general commercial line and it cannot connect with the KEK intranet.
When you need to connect with the KEK intranet, please apply at the Tsubaki-III (MA cluster).
How to apply it:
Input either 1. KEK-Spot or 2. MA (Tsubaki-III) on the application form for wireless LAN access (Tsukuba)
on your portal site. (Your MAC address will be automatically registered as the KEK-Spot when it is blank.)
