For emergencies occurring off-campus, the following services are available on request.

Emergency situations such as accidents, illnesses or problems with foreign researchers that occur off-campus are handled by a multilingual telephone interpretation service (Multilingual support) provided by a contractor (BeBorn Co., Ltd.) as a primary response.

Languages available:
English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Tagalog,
Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Malay,
Myanmarese, Khmer, Mongolian, Sinhalese, Hindi, Bengali etc.
Eligible persons:
Foreign users or foreign faculty/staff affiliated with KEK who have registered to use this service.
