#252. Regarding deletion of Wireless LAN registered in 2018.
(Nov. 27, 2019)
Every new fiscal year, registered MAC addresses in previous year are deleted around May.
However, MAC addresses registered in 2018 are still registered for some reasons and they'll be
deleted on Dec. 23 (Mon.), 2019.
Those who haven’t made the renewal for the purpose of visit KEK for FY2019 shall renew.
[How to make the annual renewal of wireless LAN]
1.Re-register the use of wireless LAN:
When you need to Re-register, proceed in the following from your Portal Site:
http://www.kek.jp/uskek/eng/
> Home> Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC> 1.Administration relating to your visit
1) Click [Next] in the middle of the page to find a list of forms
2) Click [Application for Wireless LAN access (Tsukuba Campus) ]
3) Fill in the Form which will be shown up on the screen
4) Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form
2.Regarding changing the connection key:
In order to improve the security and reliability of KEK network, we will change the connection
key occasionally.
We'll inform you about it on [ General Announcements ] before changing it.
Please make sure to check it from your User Portal.
