#262. Dormitory and Apartment charge will be repriced.

We would like to inform you that our accommodation rates will be revised as follows from April 1st,
2026. (All charges included tax.)
■ Dormitory:
・Building No. 1 Single room (no bath/ toilet) : 2,100 yen → 2,700 yen
・Building No. 3, 4 Single room (with bath and toilet): 2,600 yen → 3,400 yen
・Building No. 5 Single room (with bath and toilet): 3,100 yen → 4,000 yen
■ Apartment:
・Monthly Charge (Not included utility cost).
Apartment A : 71,500 yen → 88,100 yen
Apartment B, C : 58,800 yen → 70,800 yen
・Charge per day: 11 nights or over (Not included utility cost)
Apartment A :2,600 yen → 3,100 yen
Apartment B, C : 2,100 yen → 2,500 yen
・Charge per day: Less than 11 nights (Utility cost included)
Apartment A :3,000 yen → 4,000 yen
Apartment B, C : 2,300 yen → 3,000 yen
・Exchange cost for sheet, etc. (Monthly Charge): 290 yen → 310 yen
■ Parking Lot Charge:
Parking Lot Charge (Monthly Charge): 5,000 yen → 6,500 yen
■ Tokai Dormitory:
Single room (with bath and toilet): 3,000 yen → 4,000 yen
