Beamline group |
Subcommittee 1 (Photoelectron spectroscopy)
|
Technique |
- Angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy
|
Features |
- The photon-energy range available at BL-3B is 20 - 300 eV for the horizontal linear polarized light.
- An angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES) apparatus with a rotating hemispherical analyzer (HA45, a 50-mm radius) is installed.
- A sample load-lock system, a sample preparation chamber, an Auger electron spectrometer, a low energy electron diffraction optics, and a 5-kV ion gun are available.
