  • Optical table : 1500 mm (L) x 1000 mm (W)
  • Electric power, high-pressure gas available
  • Standard setup: Room temperature and Ambient pressure for HX mode, room temperature and He atmosphere for SX mode.
  • Cryo-cooler with temperature control is available (300 – 20K under vacuum)
