#272.　Annual Renewals (FY2025 → FY2026)

To carry over an experimental project registered in Fiscal year 2025 to Fiscal year 2026, you can perform it all at once from the "Annual Renewal" during the subjected period for the following fiscal year.

• Fiscal year 2025 (1^st April 2025 – 31^st March 2026)
• Fiscal year 2026 (1^st April 2026 – 31^st March 2027)

Afternoon on Monday 16^th February 2026 – Monday 15^th June 2026 (JST)

<<How to perform>>

1. After logging in to your portal site, please click [Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC] from the left menu and click [3. Annual Renewals ] just below.
2. Select the experiments/projects that you want to carry over according to the instructions on that page.

Completion of registration may take longer than usual!

Due to rush period, if you apply for registration for business purposes with "annual renewal," it may take up to a week to complete your registration.
Thank you for your understanding.

• Note: After period of Annual Renewals (on/after 16^th June) and when the activity (project/business) you wish to continue are not found on your page, please perform registration procedure as normal way (https://www2.kek.jp/uskek/eng/manual/add-projects.html): Go to [2. Identify the purpose of your visit to KEK/J-PARC ] ([Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC] ) send the request form(s) (one for each project/business).
