Reservation

This apartment is intended for couples and families.

For single occupancy:

• The fee will be doubled
• The maximum stay is limited to 10 nights

Therefore, please use a dormitory or a nearby hotel whenever possible.

However, those visiting under the "KEK Invitation Program" are exempt from these restrictions. If you qualify, the hosting office will contact you in advance.

Before you make an apartment reservation, you must have your KEK user registration completed on
User Support System and need to fill in your contact person.
You can make it at "Application for accommodation".

• Electrical appliances: TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.
• Kitchen utensils: Tableware, cooking utensils
• Other necessary furniture and bedding

• Towels, sheets and pillows for the number of guests
• Shampoo, body soap
• Dishwashing detergent, sponge, and cloth

*　Laundry detergent and toothbrushes are not provided, so please bring your own.
*　Consumables will not be replenished after check-in, so please prepare them yourself as needed.

Dormitory and Apartment charge will be repriced from April 1st, 2026

An additional cleaning fee for linens will be charged: 310 yen per person/month. For stays under one month, the fee is 310 yen per person for the entire period.

　　Return a key
　　　Please return a key to the Users Office. You leave KEK when the Users Office closed, please
　　　return a key into the return box which there are near the Users Office or in front of the
　　　dormitory superintendent's office.

　　Payment for charges　
　　　Please pay the charge before you leave. When you stay here over one month, you will receive
　　　a bill for apartment charge every month. So, please pay it after you receive the bill.

　　　When you staying the apertmant for more than 11 nights, you will receive a utility bill.
　　　Please pay it after you receive the bill.

　　　You can make a payment by cash or credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card, JCB, American
　　　Express and Debit card.

　　Others

• Those who stay for one month or longer receive a clean set of linen delivered to their door every month. Make sure you put your old linen in the bag you have received a new set in and leave it outside your door no later than 2 days after the delivery.
• No smoking is allowed inside or around the apartment buildings. There are designated smoking areas, e.g. outside the dormitory main building, across the campus.*
• No animals including birds, fish and reptiles are allowed at the apartment.*
• * Apartment reservation may be revoked for those who have violated the rule. They may also become financially liable for the restoration of any damages incurred as a result of the violation.
