BL-16A : Variable Polarization (Fast Switching) Soft X-ray Spectroscopy Station

Features
  • Right and left circular polarizations, as well as horizontal and vertical linear polarizations, are available.
  • Fast polarization switching (10 Hz) is available between two different polarizations.
  • 1.2 and 5 T soft X-ray magnetic circular polarization apparatus are installed for public use.
  • Free ports are available, to which users can bring their own apparatus.
