BL-7A : Soft X-ray Spectroscopy Station


Beamline group Subcommittee 1 (Soft X-ray Spectroscopy)
  • Soft X-ray Spectroscopy
  • Soft X-ray Magnetic Circular Dichroism
  • Horizontal linear polarization, as well as right and left elliptical polarizations, are available.
  • 1.2 T soft X-ray magnetic circular dichroism apparatus is installed for public use.
  • Soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy apparatus (including depth-resolved technique) is available.
  • ree port is available, to which users can bring their own apparatus.
