October 7 (Fri) is the JAEA Anniversary holiday and Special Situations at J-PARC.

To enter the J-PARC site on Oct. 7, please go through necessary procedures via User Support System by Oct. 4 (Tue).
Users who would come to J-PARC during from Oct. 7 (Fri) to Oct. 10 (Mon) are requested to complete visiting procedures beforehand to work on experiments or visit J-PARC via the User Support System by Oct. 4 (Tue).

Please submit "Application form to visit J-PARC" and "Visit Proposal (only for non-Japanese)" via User Support System.
J-PARC Users Office will send confirmation e-mails that your J-PARC user ID card and other items for entering J-PARC would be ready either at reception of Tokai Dormitory after business hours or J-PARC Users Office. Please note Users Office opens only from 9:00 to 17:00 on Oct. 7 (Fri). 

If you do not receive an e-mail ("the visiting procedures to visit J-PARC"), please contact J-PARC Users Office during the business hours.

JAEA will be closed. And JAEA bus, grocery stores and ATM in JAEA will not be available.
However, Users Office (UO) will be opening as usual. So UO-service will be available.

The details are as follows.

Cafeteria, Grocery stores (Yamazaki store and J-Lounge (Refreshment Room)), ATM, JAEA Library will not be available.
JAEA bus service will not be available.

KEK Bus service is available as usual. No connection to JAEA bus on KEK Bus #1 service.

Tokai Dormitory is available and there are no changes in checking-in and/or -out procedures.

IQBRC (main entrance and grocery stores on 2nd fl.) is available as usual.
