1. Users Office, J-PARC and JAEA on-site facilities will be closed while J-PARC summer holidays.
　　　KEK shuttle bus (between J-PARC and KEK Tsukuba) does not run.

　2. Tokai Dormitory opens as usual.

　3. Due to maintenance for J-PARC User Support System, "on-line safety video" will not be
　　 available to watch. J-PARC User Support System and KEK User Support System are affected
　　 by that.

　4. Please note that users who are planning to come to J-PARC during the period from 11th Aug.
　　(Fri) to before 9：00 a.m. 17th (Thu) need to submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via the
　　User Support System by Monday of 7th August and J-PARC User ID card and other items for
　　entering J-PARC would be ready at the reception of Tokai Dormitory.
