                                     December 11, 2019.

During long holidays, there is a risk of spreading damages due to a delay of response in the case of
 unauthorized access by cyber-attacks.
Please take security countermeasures as below and reconfirm emergency contacts.

  Before holidays :
   1. Turn off the devices connected to KEK network, such as PCs and printers, if you will not use
    them during the holidays.
   2. Confirm the emergency contact at the time of information security incident.

If an information security incident happens during the holidays:
   3. You must immediately inform the emergency contact described in 2 in case of a serious
information security incident such as information leakage, unauthorized access and so on.
Please take special care not to cause information leakage by your note PCs (or portable
    memory, etc) lost or stolen.
If that happens, it could give serious damage to your jobs and the operation of KEK.
