Message for visitors from overseas. (Apr. 3, 2020) 1. The number of infected people are increasing in Japan. However, there is no infected KEK staff and KEK user on KEK Tsukuba campus and on Tokai campus. 2. Foreigners coming from following countries and regions are refused to enter into Japan. ・ Asia : Brunei, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam ・ Oceania : Australia, New Zealand ・ North America : Canada, USA ・ South and Central America : Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Commonwealth of Dominica, Ecuador, Panama ・ Europe : Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, UK,Vatican ・ Middle East : Bahrain, Iran, Israel, Turkey ・ Africa : Congo, Egypt, Ivory Coast, Mauritius, Morocco 3. Following the government policy (see the URL below), all visitors coming from the specified countries (*1) shall be prohibited from entering KEK for quarantine period of 14 days upon arrival to Japan. The period of this measure shall be the same as the government policy. At midnight on March 26, “the United States” was added to the list of countries and regions that being prohibited for quarantine period.
