You need a permit to enter into KEK by a vehicle.
Please show your permit at the KEK entrance gate. 

Please contact the business office of the section you are working for more detail. If you are visiting KEK for a short period of time, you must apply for a temporary permit at the Infiormation Center which should be displayed while you are inside of KEK site.

The speed limit of 30 km/h must be observed inside the KEK premises. Please drive carefully. In case of a traffic accident, please call the Information Center at ext.3399 as soon as possible.

Bringing a bicycle or a motorbike

Not only automobiles, but also motorcycles and bicycles must be registered if you bring them into KEK site. After the registration, you will receive an identification tag.


  square01_b   How to register a bicycle or a motorbike

The registration for a vihecle will be handled as below.
If you are a visitor to KEK and use a bicycle or a motorbike on site, here is what you should do.

1. Application form (form#2) : PDF / Word
2. Fill it out with your signature and bring it to your KEK contact office or Health and Safety
 Office.
3. You will receive an identification tag from them usually within three working days.

Note: As owner’s signature or ‘han-ko’ stamp is required on it, handling through e-mail is not
   possible.
