the User Support System. KEK dormitory reservations accepted from 45
days prior to the date of your arrival at KEK.
In case of Change or Cancellations

please do the change procedures by yourself from your portal site
before arrival at KEK. After
arrivaing at KEK, please inform the Users Office directly or via
e-mail as soon as possible.
Cancellation of KEK accommodation must be made at least one day
before your occupancy date.
Otherwise, You are required to pay full charge.

common bathroom area

You can purchase frozen foods, instant noodles, alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages, ets.
Coin-lockers are for a specific use, only so please do not use them for
long periods of time.
