Starting in Fiscal Year 2026,all individuals visiting our institute are required to complete user registrationin advance.(PDF)
This requirement applies to visitors for Experiment/Joint Usage, Proprietary Research, Collaborative Research, meetings, committees, and similar activities.
Please note that this does not apply to the general public on tours or to contracted workers engaged in outsourced tasks.
If meetings or committees organized by our institute are held at other institutions, please follow the registration instructions provided by the respective organizing secretariat.

New Registration (For first-time users)

Additional Registration (For existing account holders)
This applies if:
- You already have an account and need to register a new purpose of visit, or
- You need to re-register for a new fiscal year.

Timing of Registration
- Please complete user registration as soon as your visit is scheduled.
- Registration must be completed before your visit.
- You will be asked to register your email address, name, and affiliation, as well as the purpose of your visit.
- Each user may register only one email address.
- If you forget your password, please contact Users Office by email.
Important Notes
- After completing user registration, you will be able to apply for:
- Network access
- Dormitory accommodation
- Experimental use procedures
- Travel expense reimbursement
- Even if you do not plan to use any of these services, user registration is still mandatory.
- User registration is required even for day trips.
- You do not need to present the user registration completion screen when you arrive on site.
