There are two ways to do this. Please visit the web-site of Japan post bank. <click here >1. 住所あて送金 Remittance Cheque: 外国の受取人に為替証書等を届け、現地の郵便局等で為替証書等と引き換えに現金を受け取る。 Make a remittance cheque for a certain amount in the target currency and then take it over to the post desk to mail it.
