Satoshi Kamo Receives JPCERT/CC Best Reporter Award 2023

The JPCERT Coordination Center (JPCERT/CC) is a neutral organization in Japan that accepts reports of computer security incidents, analyzes them, and provides advice on countermeasures.　The activities of reporters of incidents and vulnerabilities are extremely important as they form the basis of JPCERT/CC's activities.　For this reason, JPCERT/CC has established the Best Reporter Award, which is given to reporters who have made significant contributions.

Mr. Kamo belongs to the security group of the Computing Research Center and is a member of the KEK CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team), which handles information security within the organization.　At the same time, he contributes to the security measures of many organizations by collecting daily information using public information and sharing the results with JPCERT/CC and other communities.　This has earned him high praise, and he was thereby awarded the JPCERT/CC Best Reporter Award 2023 in the Incident Reporting category.
